  • 5:30–5:55 AM: Breakfast (quick, e.g., fruit, yogurt, oatmeal or smoothie)

  • 5:55–6:10 AM: Prep for day

  • 6:10–6:30 AM: Commute to work

  • 6:30–10:30 AM: Work

  • 10:30–10:50 AM: Commute home

  • 10:50–11:20 AM: Lunch (pre-prepped chicken, rice, veggies) + Relax

  • 11:20–11:50 AM: Schoolwork

  • 11:50-12:10 PM: Rest

  • 12:10–12:30 PM: Commute back to work

  • 12:30–5:00 PM: Work

  • 5:00–6:00 PM: Commute to school

  • 6:00–9:00 PM: School

  • 9:00–10:00 PM: Commute home

  • 10:00–10:15 PM: Dinner (quick, e.g., eggs, protein shake, etc.)

  • 10:15–10:30 PM: Wind down (self-care: stretch, read, relax)

  • 10:30 PM: Bedtime

Wednesday (Work Only)

Saturday (No Work/School – Grocery Shop/Meal Prep)

  • 8:00–8:30 AM: Morning routine

  • 9:00–10:30 AM: Grocery shopping

  • 10:30 AM–12:00 PM: Meal prep for week (e.g., lunches, dinners)

  • 12:00–12:30 PM: Lunch

  • 12:30–2:30 PM: Schoolwork

  • 2:30–4:00 PM: Gym, hobbies, etc.

  • 4:00–5:00 PM: Schoolwork or Self-care/free time (nap, hobby, friends)

  • 5:00–6:00 PM: Dinner

  • 6:00–10:00 PM: Quick check of schoolwork, then - Free time (socialize, relax, catch up if needed)

  • 10:00 PM: Bedtime

Sunday (No Work/School – Prep for Week)

  • 8:00 AM: Wake up

  • 8:00–8:30 AM: Morning routine

  • 8:30–9:00 AM: Breakfast

  • 9:00–11:45 AM: Schoolwork

  • 11:45 AM–12:00 PM: Reflect, regroup, plan, check notes, check calendar, etc.

  • 12:00–12:30 PM: Lunch

  • 12:30–2:30 PM: Schoolwork

  • 2:30–5:00 PM: Gym, Self-care/Free-time

  • 5:00–6:00 PM: Dinner

  • 6:00–9:00 PM: Schoolwork Weekly Wrap-up & Prep for week (pack bags, check schedule, etc.) + Relax
